Generate summary on AUCs: multiple comparison of ROC curves

Parameters:

• Path to collection of folders – Path to collection of folders that contain tables with AUCs
• % of best sites – Best sites percentage
• Path to output folder – Output folder will be created under this location
• Are revised – Are revised matrices were used for calculation of ROC curves
• Minimal size – AUC will be missed if it was calculated on sequence set with size less than 'Minimal size'
