Description
Selects top keynodes (by score and linked to top targets)
Parameters:
- Path to keynodes result – Path to keynodes result
- Column with gene IDs – Column with gene IDs
- Number of top elements – Number of top elements
- Paths to top targets – Paths to top targets
- Number of top targets – Maximal number of selected targets from each table
- Path to result – Path to result
