Description
Nonlinear model of gene regulation.
Parameters:
- Number of experiments – Number of experiments
- Experiments – Experiments
- Regulator list – Table with regulators ID
- Target list – Table with regulators ID
- P-value threshold – Only results with a P-value below this threshold will appear in the output
- Output table – Output table
- Regulator smothing type – Smoothing type for regulator gene profile
- Error – Spline error
- Optimization method – Optimization method
- Number of iterations – Number of iterations
- Survival size – Survival size
- Best regulator quantity – Number of best regulators for each target in output
