Description
Imports HOCOMOCO database from flat files.
Parameters:
- PCM flat file – Position count matrix flat file
- PWM flat file – Position weight matrix flat file
- Thresholds table – Table with model thresholds
- Thresholds folder – Thresholds folder
- Uniprot matching table – Table witih ID corresponding to uniprot name and first columnt corresponding to uniprot id
- Resulting matrix collection – Path to resulting matrix collection
- Resulitng site model collection – Path to resulting site model collection
- Resulting factor collection – Resulting factor collection
