[edit] Description
Finds novel microRNA from genomic alignments of NGS reads.
[edit] Parameters:
- Alignments – Genomic alignments of microRNA reads
- Genome – Reference genome used for alignment
- Sequences source – Select database to get sequences from or 'Custom' to specify sequences location manually
- Sequence collection – Specify path to folder containing sequences if 'Custom' sequences source is selected
- Minimal cluster size – Minimal number of reads in cluster
- Maximum read distance – Maxim distance between adjacent reads in cluster
- Clusters – Resulting read clusters
- Primary isoforms – Resulting primary microRNA isoforms
- Longest isoforms – Resulting longest microRNA isoforms
